Musely eGift Card Terms and Conditions

  1. Please review these terms and conditions that govern the use of Musely eGift Cards. Please note that by completing the registration process for an account and/or by purchasing or redeeming the eGift Card, you are agreeing to all terms, conditions, and notices without modification and are agreeing to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. Musely reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time.
  2. The Musely eGift Card is redeemable for all FaceRx treatments at musely.com. eGift Cards are redeemed for Musely Rewards and can be applied for payment on FaceRx treatments. Rewards that are purchased via eGift Cards are not automatically applied to purchases. To redeem Rewards you must select the use of Rewards at checkout.
  3. Musely Rewards redeemed through Musely eGift Cards expire 12 months after inactivity.
  4. Treat Musely eGift Cards as cash. The title and risk of loss for eGift Card passes upon electronic transmission to purchaser or recipient of eGift Card. Musely has no obligation to replace lost or stolen eGift Card.
  5. Receipt of Musely FaceRx treatment(s) is not guaranteed. Receipt of treatment subject to doctor review and approval. Doctor review resulting in rejection subject to refund of treatment cost to purchaser's original payment method. Twenty dollar doctor fee is non-refundable.
