I use this balm for my 4 month old nephew and my 1.5 year old daughter. My nephew is an olive skin color and has little red bumps on his forehead. We have been using this with the Organic Nourishing Oil Daily and it has been approving a lot. the ingredients are not only good for the rash and calming the skin but all the ingredients are harmless.
