Its easy to use, doesn't have a strong odor and doesn't irritate my eyes. It did help my lashes reach their full natural potential. I noticed results within the first month. What it seems to do is protect your lashes from the damage that can happen from all the wear and tear lashes go through (washing, mascara etc.)so they break off less. I am taking away a star only for the fact that it can leak. Either way, if you get this hold it vertically or you will lose a lot of $$.
