My package came way before expected! And yes it does work.... I think I just have to get used to it. I do it while I drive going somewhere so that way my lips will be plump when I get there for longer. My only com is I have to use make up on my face around my lips after which I usually don't. To cover the red marks. But other then that I'm sure once I get the hang of it it will be flawless
