This does work but there are things you should know about this. I have very small lips so I bought the small oval, but the large round actually works a lot better for me. It fits around my whole mouth enlarging both lips simultaneously. The small one is good for particular spots, the medium is good for individual lips and the round is good for both at the same time. This lasts about 40 minutes to an hour at the most and I think how hydrated you are makes a difference. While using this do not do it too hard
