So let’s keep it simple and address one thing at a time. We’ll start with breakfast, the most important meal of the day. If you start off eating well, you’ll mostly likely not many people have the time to cook a well-balanced breakfast and then actually sit down and eat it. So we thought why cook, when you can blend? And blend we did…Until we came up with these bathing-suit friendly shakes. They are packed with fiber, protein and spices to get your metabolism going! Just in time too because we’re obsessed with our L*Space bathing suits! Cover-ups are going to be a thing of the past!

Berry Goodness Smoothie
Ingredients:
½ banana
½ cup frozen or fresh strawberries
1 cup broccoli
1 scoop of vanilla vegan protein powder
1 ½ cups of unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop of chia seeds
2 tbsp cinnamon
5 cups ice
Let this concoction lift you away to the Bahamas for a three-night stay… or a five minute oasis, as you sip away unnerved by the traffic jam on your way to work. Not only does the smoothie taste as good as it sounds, but it also provides the boost in energy and crucial nutritional ingredients to keep you going all morning long.

Blueberry Avocado Slim-Down Shake
Ingredients:
½ avocado
¼ cup frozen blueberries
2 heaping handfuls of spinach
1 scoop of vanilla vegan protein powder
1 scoop of greens
1 ½ cups of unsweetened almond milk
5 ice cubes
2 tbsp cayenne
Do you know how important it is to consume greens in the morning? Ingredients:
½ papaya
5 ice cubes
1 cup of water
2 tbsp cayenne
1 lemon
2 mint leaves
Need a break from greens? Well try this sweet and spicy concoction. Add the papaya and ice in the blender along with 1 cup of water, squeeze the lemon, add the mint leaves and cayenne. Blend until smooth. Papaya is a fat burning fruit. Throw in some cayenne and your metabolism will be burning hot.
