Here are the brands I purchased for my ingredients (Mostly Kikkoman) I also bought precut broccoli to make life a little easier. Only had to use half of the broccoli since the pieces were big I just cut them up!

To make sauce add the soy sauce, oyster, hoisin, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey & cornstarch in a bowl and whisk until smooth and there are no clumps. Set aside. Cut up chicken into bite size pieces. Cut broccoli into bite size florets. Next heat up 2 tbsps of some vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan. Then sprinkle some of the dried chili flakes (optional). Next when oil is heated add chicken and cook until a nice golden brown. Next you add the garlic, ginger, broccoli, corn & chestnuts. Cook around 5 minutes or until broccoli is fork tender.
Next add around 1/3 cup of water to deglaze the pan. Then add the sauce. Sauce should become nice and thick. If you want a thinner sauce just add a little more water to your preference.
I served mine with some sticky rice. You could just do regular white rice, even some noodles or just on its own! I swear this tasted better than any take out Chinese food I've ever ordered!
