Full Body Workout💪

I know, all of you want a perfect body. Well, great news: It's possible. But you'll have to work very hard and be intense. The workout gave me results in approximately one month--> Abs, toned butt,legs and arms.
But I think the results will depend on the person:
•If you're in a good shape or not.
•Your intensity during the workout.
•Regularity: are you doing it everyday?
But the real indication that it's working is pain. If it burns where it's supposed to burn, that's good. Now let's start.
So I'm gonna show you the workout by sections:
Section 1: Butt and legs
The workouts I will show you takes 1 min per exercise. I'm also going to tell you how much You should do in one min, like an "intensity indicator" 😆

Sorry girls, your butt and legs probably won't look like this... It depends on your body type. But at the end, you'll be in love with your new toned body.

1-Butt lifts progressions
You should do around 30/min for one leg.
You should do around 30/min for one leg.

2-Lunges
You should do 30/min (per leg)
You should do 30/min (per leg)

3-Plié squats
30/min
30/min

4-Donkey kick pulses
***your leg never touches the floor during the one min***
50/min (per leg)
***your leg never touches the floor during the one min***
50/min (per leg)

5-Wall sit
Now, the abs. Its the same: 1 min per exercise

1-Flutter kicks
You can't really count them so do as much as you can.

2-Crunches
You should do 45 in 1 min.
***A crunch is not a sit up
You should do 45 in 1 min.

3-Leg raises
You should do 30 in 1min.
You should do 30 in 1min.

4-Plank for 1 min
Don't forget, if you cant do the number i told you to so in 1 min, dont panic, the important is to give your maximum so your body will become more tough.
