I have 4 exercises here for you:
I am a professional swimmer and I use these tips 😊
Do NOT stop between each exercise and do this set 2x
IF YOU CANNOT DO THE AMOUNT OF TIMES WRITTEN FOR EACH EXERCISE, Do as much as you can until it burns. The amount written is quite hard for beginners.
P.s. It will take a while to see the abs, but you will get the beginnings of abs after a week.


Raise your legs up and then slowly down. Hold for 5 secs and repeat 30x (or, if it doesn't burn, until it does)

Hold a plank for 1min x 4 (or make it harder by going up 10 secs each time e.g:
1st time: 1min
2nd time: 1:10
Etc
Or repeat until it burns
1st time: 1min
2nd time: 1:10
Etc
Or repeat until it burns

By this stage, you should be feeling a burn in your stomach. If not add more.

Repeat this exercise 30x (or more if this is easy) and make sure to hold for 5 secs when the weight is behind your head. Do it slowly and start of with either a light weight or something with weight (I used to use a milk carton with sand!!!)

Although every health expert says this... ITS TRUE!! If you keep on eating junk food, the excess fat will cover those abs you have tried so hard to get. Eat plenty of fruit and veg and cut out the sugary foods as this is what causes excess fat. It is hard to cut out sugar AND I KNOW THIS TOO WELL!!!
