"Healthy Chicken Nachos" -YUM YUM!

Ingredients:
1. Corn tortilla chips (gluten-free),
2. Can Beans
3. Chicken, cooked and diced
4. Fresh tomatoes, diced
5. Cheese blend (cheddar, Monteray, Asadero, Queso Blanco)
6. Avocado
Toppings:
1. Avocado
2. Sour cream
3. Fresh tomatoes/Salsa
4. Hot Sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
1. Spray baking pan and line with chips.
2. Put on top the beans, chicken and cheese.
3. (optional) you can add a second layer: chips, beans, chicken and cheese.
4. Top with fresh tomato.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
5. Remove from oven
6. Before serving dice avocado and place on top.
7. ENJOY!
