Make a mixture of;
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon coconut oil/cream/butter
1 big squeeze of lemon juice
Combine the items and pour the contents into a spray bottle. Fill the rest of the bottle with warm water.

Spray on hair then French braid your hair. The next day take out braids and voila!

Being a beach girl means you need a proper beach bod. Tanned, toned and slim is the way to go!

Tanning can be dangerous if done out in the sun. Applying sunscreen can stop harmful radiation from getting into your skip but will let your skin still get a tan! If you don't want to do this some options are:
•Spray Tan
•Fake Tan
•Tanning bed (very dangerous however)
•Spending time in the sun

Having a beautiful face is a trait most surfers have. Flawless skin, white teeth, next to no makeup and eyes that standout and the biggest factors.

How to have perfect skin:
• Use face cleanser
• Use face exfoliant
• Use moisturiser
• Use minimal makeup, try BB cream
• Keep phones and hands away from your face
• Don't over wash face
• Never touch any breakout

Instantly whiten teeth:
Run your tooth brush under the tap then stick the wet brush into a container of baking powder/soda. Brush your teeth with baking powder, rinse, then brush with toothpaste. Results instantly!!!
