Tip/Trick 1: Make sure to eat plenty Fruits and Vegetables. Fruit & Veg are nice and healthy and also very filling which can prevent you from eating too much.

Drinking Smoothies is also a good option. However be careful because some smoothies from supermarkets have added sugar!!!

Tip/Trick 2: People who drink a small glass of water (bigger glass is advised) before each meal lose 75%-90% more weight. 
I have personally been doing this trick for a couple of weeks and I have lost 2 more pounds this month than the last month.

Tip/ Trick 3: Every morning I have been doing this "Thigh Gap" workout. I have been seeing results coming, just stick with it and it'll come!!

I tend to do this first thing every morning, it's best to do it on an empty stomach!!

Tip/Trick 4: I don't know about you but I feel like I have really flabby, fat arms. By doing this workout every morning my arms have been getting stronger and toned!!! 

I have not been going by the rules and completing the "Do everything again." step. However I have been seeing fast results :D

Tip/Trick 5: Try to go out for morning jogs even if you run a 1/4 and walk 3/4, you will feel stronger and more awake the rest of the day and obviously burn calories :)

• Cut down on portion sizes to put on fewer calories 
• If you direct your attention elsewhere your cravings will disappear in 15mins
• Do as many steps as you can! Even if that is just getting up to turn off the light!
• Skip dessert!!! Trust me, it's helps!
• Never give up!!
