Create masks out of colored felt and elastic. All you have to do is cut out the mask and hot glue an elastic strand to 2 ends
Ninja knock-out is another fun way to have fun and try to win great prizes
It consists of a foam core board with circles cut out. Tissue paper is taped to the back side and paper bags filled with things such as tmnt themed candy, comic books, or 1 luck person can win an advanced ticket to the show.
Use green balloons and colored streamers to create the person turtle face
