Morning⛅️
1. Make your bed every morning☀️
2. Eat a big breakfast🍳
3. Brush your teeth for 2minutes😁(after you wake-up and before bed)
4. Spend at least 30minutes doing exercise🏃💨
5. Take a shower🚿
6. Eat a small dinner🍝(with a small plate)
7. Drink 8 glasses/1 pint of water a day💧
8. Eat 5 different fruits🍎🍊🍌🍐🍇
9. Study for at least an hour everyday📚(not including homework)
10. Spend at least 20minutes outside everyday🌈
11. Get 8 hours sleep every night🌜💭
DON'T :
• Don't lie in bed after 1pm, get up and get dressed👖
• Don't drink fizzy drinks, drink more green tea or water☕️
• Don't get take-aways, try and eat home cooked meals🍲
• Don't leave homework/studying last minute, do it now📖
• Don't be late for anything important, try getting organised the night before📋
• Don't buy things you don't need, know the difference in your needs and wants🍝/💿

Some tips💬
1. Removing blackheads // Mix freshly squeezed lemon juice with baking powder (creamy paste) apply to wet skin for 20minutes. Wash off with cold water🍋💧
2. Smell good // Spray one squirt of perfume or after-shave onto your hairbrush to make your hair smell nice🍃
3. White teeth // Rub banana peel on your teeth every day for a week to make them white🍌
4. White teeth // Mix baking soda with well mashed strawberries, brush teeth with this mixture for 3minutes. Brush teeth with your normal toothpaste afterwards🍓
Some tips continued..
5. Reducing pimples in size // Put toothpaste on any spots you have, leave overnight. In the morning wash off with warm water. Don't leave toothpaste on your face if it hurts, try on a small area of your face before using it on all spots💥
6. Sleep better // It's better for your body if you sleep on your back, drink chamomile mixed with a spoon of honey to make you tired/relaxed💤
7. Optimistic // Think positive thoughts about yourself and everyone around you to keep a healthy mind 👶👩👵

8. Better memory // Eat the same flavoured gum when studying as when taking the test and it improves your memory on the subject🙎🍉
9. Study better // Writing in blue coloured ink makes it easier to remember🙇
10. Be happy // If you smile as big as you can it automatically makes you feel happy🌝[smile while you still have teeth]
11. Stay classy // Don't eat a lot of food before bed, bad for your metabolism👝
12. Make-up // Don't wear mascara for 5 weeks to make your eyelashes grow. And remember the more make-up you wear the more you will actually need to wear it👹
