These are awesome. I've been doing them for a month now and I started seeing a difference within 15 days. I will admit the first 8 days were HARD!

Another great tip, I've been drinking warm water with lemon every morning. I was skeptical at first but it works wonders. I even quit smoking as soon as I started drinking it. Just don't have the urge anymore. It may work for others too :-)..
