Aleksandra was born with a congenital heart disorder which is an extreme form of TOF. The doctors gave her 3 years to live at maximum, and declined performing surgery due to its difficulty. Aleksandra already had 3 procedures.

Aleksandra is now 9! She outlived her expectations, and lives life with a grateful approach like we all should. Because the surgery was performed in a different country, it was too expensive than her family could ever afford. However, with generous and kind people,enough money was raised for surgery

Aleksandra loves going to school and enjoys seeing her friends. Unfortunately,her immune system is so weak, that she had to stop going to school and be home schooled because she would catch every sickness the children spread.

On March 3, 2015 for the first time, Aleksandra was able to spend her birthday at home and not the hospital! Unfortunately, her health has deteriorated and she needs another surgery as soon as possible. The plastic tubes that were placed in her heart are too small now .

Aleksandra has a healthy little sister who she loves more than anything in the world. The girls are inseparable ❤️ Today Aleksandra and her family hope to raise enough money for her to have a life saving surgery she desperately needs.

Although very sick, Aleksandras heart is beautiful, happy, caring, and grateful. Together, with our kind and generous hearts, we can save her life. We go on spending money on unnecessary things everyday. If a little girl came up to you and asked for help to save her life, would you?
