You always need condition to put a sort of "residue" on your hair. Whenever using conditioner always use it 3-5in away from your scalp. Condition can dry your scalp out , always just leave the hair greesy! & always leave it on for 3 min , to help hair become silkier & softer. Also healthier !

Wash hair regularly, but not to much , or it can strip your hair of essential natural oils. It is good to wash your hair every other day , or even every 3rd day . But don't want to long or dust and dirt can always clog your scalp ! Also using any growth shampoo or conditioners will also help!

Don't brush your hair when it's wet! Your hair isn't as strong when it's wet as it is when it's dry. A brush will snag at your hair when wet, causing breakage and split ends. Finger comb your hair, or spray in a detangler and comb it with a wide tooth comb.

Only get split ends trimmed off when you need to. Remember that hair grows from the top of your head, not the ends. So if you want your hair to be healthy only cut split ends when you have to. Keep up with cutting only split ends because if you don't your splits will go higher & higher in your hair
