The Fizzy Bunny Mimosa
The Fizzy Bunny Mimosa
makes one drink
1 part chilled carrot juice
1 part fresh squeezed orange juice
3-4 parts champagne or prosecco sparkling wine — (sub ginger ale or fizzy cider for virgin bunnies)
dash of cayenne
garnish: orange slices
Mix and serve in chilled champagne glasses.

French 75 Punch

Serves 8

Grapefruit Thyme Fizz
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups of grapefruit juice
- 1 cup sparkling water
- 1 cup ice
- 2 oz of vodka
- fresh grapefruit and thyme sprigs for garnish
Put liquids in shaker with ice and shake. Strain into martini glasses. Garnish with thyme sprigs and grapefruit wedges.

Lemon Berry Martini
2oz Cranberry juice
1oz Citron vodka
1oz Elderflower liqueur
1oz Lemon juice
Pour in shaker with ice. Add a little less lemon juice if you want your drink to be less tart. Give your cocktail a good shake and pour into a martini glass. Enjoy!

Blueberry Lemon Ginger Fizz
Ingredients (makes 4 cocktails):
- 4 jiggers of vodka (8 ounces)
- 2 bottles of ginger beer
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of fresh ginger
- 2 cups of blueberries
- a few sprigs of mint
- 1 lemon


Rosemary Rhubarb Grapefruit Cocktail



Raspberry Beer Cocktail
1 cup raspberries
4 bottles corona chilled
1 container raspberry lemonade or pink lemonade concentrate thawed
1/2 cup vodka
Garnish: lemon slices or raspberries
In a large container stir together the first 4 ingredients. Serve over ice. Garnish if desired.

Sparkling Orange Pom Fizz
(makes 2)
4oz pomegranate juice
2oz orange liqueur, we used Patrón
8oz Prosecco (for virgin use sparkling water)
15 pomegranate seeds
Orange slices
Sanding sugar

Combine watermelon, champagne, strawberries, and vodka in 3 rounds in the blender. Strain out the pulp.
Alternately, you can make virgin punch by substituting the champagne and vodka for ginger ale or sparkling water.

Blackberry Bramble


Pisco Sour
1 1/2 oz pisco
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz Rich Simple Syrup
1 small egg white
Several drops of angostura bitters
Shake all the ingredients with ice and strain into a small cocktail glass. Garnish with several drops of angostura bitters on top of the foam.
