Contouring and highlighting are only going to look good if they are used the right way.

Contouring- apply in areas you want to recede or change the shape of. Ex: below cheek bones, jawline, and hairline
Highlighting- highlight areas you want to stand out. Ex: Nosebridge, chin, above cheekbones.

Make your own lipgloss! I do this all the time 👌. All you need is Vaseline, and a pigmented eyeshadow or blush for color.

Make a magnet board to hold your makeup! Saves space and easy access

This really works, and I swear by it. The majority of the year I live in cold climate, which makes my eyeliner turn to crap. It goes on crumbly and excess pieces fall into my face and smear. Ugh. To fix it, simply hold your eyeliner pencil over a flame for a second. That should fix it 👍

This trick makes your lips stand out and have a clean shape. Another tip, make sure your lips are exfoliated and moisturized before you do this, chapped lips will make the highlighter look dull. It'll be like putting on the highlighter for no reason.
