15 Minute Curry Recipe From Scratch

Heat 2 tsp oil
Add desired spices - curry powder, cumin powder, chilli powder, minced garlic, turmeric, salt, garam masala etc
After 30 seconds of cooking spices, add tomato purée.
Cook for 5-10 minutes till it leaves oil on sides.
Add whipped plain yogurt and cook for 3-5 minutes
Add water/milk for desired consistency. Coconut milk can also be added for great flavor.
You can also add ranch for creamy texture but avoid the heavy calories with whipped yogurt or even plain hummus for vegan recipe..
- Add cooked chicken or tofu or mushrooms and/or sautéed vegetables to complete the dish to your liking

- serve with rice or pita bread or naan or cooked noodles
- Garnish with chopped coriander or parsley or spring onions (as per availability)
This recipe is so varied, you use up leftovers and make it a finger licking dish every time..
