2 Day Cleanse :)

2 Day Cleanse :)
To complete the 2 day detox , follow each snack and meal provided for two days . This cleanse will clean out your body and make you feel great . Energy levels will increase and so will your mood , I guarantee :)
Breakfast- light shake :) 

You will need:
-1 cup of skim milk ( or soy,rice etc)
-1 cup of any types of berries 
-1 tsp of peanut butter 
-1 cup of ice

-cucumber
-green tea 

*feel free to add vinegar or a lite dill to spice up the cucumber *

Lunch :) 

-1 cup if steamed greens (spinach , romaine ,Bol Choy, watercress etc.)
-4oz of lean meat ( lean white chicken , lean beef , fish etc.)
-2 tsp of olive oil
Lunch :)

-10 pieces of asparagus 
-green tea 

*feel free to season your asparagus , but try to stay away from to much sodium!*
