2 Ingredient Nutella Brownies

Ingredients:
1 Cup of Nutella
4 Eggs

1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Line the baking dish with parchment paper

3. Whisk all 4 eggs together starting from low power then gradually increase to medium/high power

4. Whisk the eggs until they are a light yellow colour, billowy and have tripled in bulk (takes about 6-8 min but may take longer if a hand held mixer is used)

5. Measure 1 cup of Nutella as the eggs are being beaten

6. Microwave the Nutella for about 1 min, stopping every 15 sec to stir. The Nutella should be loose and creamy.

7. Combine the eggs and Nutella on low speed, drop spoonfuls of Nutella using a spatula

8. Mix until the eggs and Nutella has been thoroughly combined together

9. Using a spatula stir the mixture a couple of times, making sure to scrape the sides

10. Pour the mixture into the baking pan and bake for 25-30 min

11. Look to see if the brownies have pulled away from the sides of the baking pan and test the brownies by inserting a toothpick, if nothing sticks to the toothpick then they are done
