1 cup of natural yogurt

1/2 a cup of oatmeal
Mix oatmeal and yogurt together

Apply and leave on for 10-15 minutes

8 teaspoons of baking soda

Then pour in 4 teaspoons of water

Apply and wait 10-15 minutes then rinse off
