Ingredients: 1 ½ Cups Frozen Peaches 3 Tbsp. Light Brown Sugar 1 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon 1 Tbsp. Butter 2 Tbsp. All-purpose Flour 2 Tbsp. Milk 1 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar ¼ Tsp. Vanilla Extract ¼ Tsp. Baking Powder Pinch of Salt
In a small microwavable bowl, combine peaches, 2 tbsp. brown sugar, and ½ tsp. cinnamon. Heat in microwave on high for 1 ½ minutes or until peaches are completely defrosted. Stir mixture. Place butter into a microwavable ramekin. Heat on high for 30 seconds or until butter is completely melted.
Evenly pour peach mixture over butter. Set aside. In a small mixing bowl mix flour, milk, ½ tsp. cinnamon, granulated sugar, extract, baking powder, and salt. Spread flour mixture on top of peach mixture. Heat in microwave for 1 minute or until dough is done. Do not overcook. Remove from microwave
and immediately sprinkle 1 tbsp. brown sugar on top of cobbler. *Microwave times may vary depending on the model.*
