Instead of buying a bag of chips grab some carrots and hummus. Add veggies to your everyday cooking... Making macaroni and cheese? Just add a bunch of cauliflower, you'll never notice the difference in taste and your body will thank you!! Lots of vegetables and fruits help your internal health and the overall appearance of your hair, nails and skin. They can even rid you of acne, dry skin and all sorts of things!!!

2. DRINK LOTS OF WATER
Drinking water can be its own medicine!! It's literally the perfect fix for just about anything!!! It aids in keeping skin clear, by pushing out toxins. It even aids in weight loss! Like before don't tell yourself you're removing soda, juices or sugary drinks, just replacing them with water or even green tea when ever possible! Add fruits and veggies for flavor to your water!!!


3. REGULAR EXERCISE
No matter how bad you hate it or how much you like it the reality is everybody needs it!! EXERCISE!!! At least 2-3x a week, if you want to do more GO FOR IT, more power to Ya!!! Always include cardio, cardio is the one thing that will assist in weight loss and also help your breathing!!! Resistance training will also aid in weight loss... Exercise can be something as easy as walking the dogs or riding a bike! Just find what suits you best!!! ENJOY YOUR LIFE
