30 Day Beach Body Challenge!!

I do a ton of challenges like these and I love them but the name says it all it really is a challenge. My advice is if your serious about losing weight or just toning your body stick to a plan/challenge. I've tried in the past to do three challenges all mixed together that was not a good idea gave up about 2 weeks in. I'm sticking to one a month and it's working great for me. I hope these work for you to! :)
