47 Calorie Brownie

Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1/2 cup dark sugar free drinking chocolate
- 1 Tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup apple sauce
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup natvia/stevia
Serves 15
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Grease and line 20cm cake tin.
3. Sift flour, cocoa and baking powder into a bowl.
4. Whisk oil, sugar, honey, eggs, apple sauce, and vanilla in a bowl until combined.
5. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients by making a well in the centre of the bowl and pouring the wet ingredients into the well.
6. Stir mixture until just combined.
7. Pour mix into cake tin and bake for 25 minutes or until moist crumbs stick to a skewer when inserted in the centre of the brownie.
8. Stand for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool.
