Ingredients 2 English cucumbers, peeled and chopped (about 4 cups) 1 cup fresh mint leaves 1/4 cup gin 3/4 cup fresh lime juice 1/2 cup light agave nectar Pinch of salt
Directions Puree the cucumber, mint, gin, lime juice, agave, and salt in a blender until smooth. Pour the mixture into 10 3-ounce or 8 4-ounce ice pop molds, dividing evenly. Insert ice-pop sticks and freeze until firm, at least 8 hours or overnight.
