Fun frozen cocktails-on-a-stick make a playful addition to any summer party or Saturday afternoon. These five delicious versions are easy to make—and even easier to devour.

CUCUMBER GIN AND TONIC ICE POPS
This frozen take on the classic summertime cocktail is packed with bright lime and fresh mint flavor. Meet your new late afternoon refresher.
Ingredients
2 English cucumbers, peeled and chopped (about 4 cups)
1 cup fresh mint leaves
1/4 cup gin
3/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 cup light agave nectar
Pinch of salt
Directions
Puree the cucumber, mint, gin, lime juice, agave, and salt in a blender until smooth.
Pour the mixture into 10 3-ounce or 8 4-ounce ice pop molds, dividing evenly. Insert ice-pop sticks and freeze until firm, at least 8 hours or overnight.

2 Campari-Pomegranate Ice Pops
These bright scarlet coolers scream sophistication. The pomegranate juice enhances rather than masks the Italian aperitif's bittersweet flavor, so the resulting frozen treat is not only palette-cleansing, but also packs a boozy punch.
Ingredients
2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup water
2 1/4 cups unsweetened pomegranate juice
1/4 cup Campari
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
Directions
Stir the sugar and water in a medium saucepan over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Remove from the heat and stir in the pomegranate juice, Campari, and lemon juice.
Pour the mixture into 10 3-ounce or 8 4-oz ice molds.

3. Spicy Watermelon Margarita Ice Pops
These refreshing pops are sure to please everyone at the party. There's no trick to achieving the beautiful white stripe in the middle: the pureed watermelon will separate during freezing.
Ingredients
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
1 seedless watermelon, chopped (about 4 1/2 cups)
1/4 cup tequila
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Directions
Blend the sugar and lime juice in a blender until the sugar dissolves.
Add the watermelon, tequila, and cayenne. Puree until smooth.
Pour the mixture into 10 3-ounce or 8 4-ounce ice pop molds, dividing evenly. Insert ice-pop sticks and freeze until firm.

4 Peach Old Fashioned Ice Pops
The traditional bourbon cocktail takes on a summertime twist when studded with beautiful whole chunks of fruit. Choose a light colored peach juice to help the fruit inside shine through.
Ingredients
2 cups peach juice
1/3 cup bourbon
1/4 teaspoon Angostura bitters
2 small yellow peaches, finely chop (about 1 1/3 cup)
Directions
Combine the peach juice, bourbon, and bitters in a liquid measuring cup with a spout.
Add the chopped peaches to 10 3-ounce or 8 4-ounce ice pop molds, dividing evenly. Pour the peach juice mixture into the molds. Insert ice-pop sticks and freeze until firm.

5 Blueberry-Rose Lemonade Ice Pops
The simplicity of these pops—just 3 ingredients!—is almost as refreshing as their delightful, sweet-tart flavor. If you can’t get your hands on fresh blueberries, frozen will work just as well.
Ingredients
1 cup sweet Rosé wine
2 cups lemonade
1/3 cup blueberries
Directions
Combine the Rosé and lemonade in a liquid measuring cup with a spout.
Add the blueberries to 10 3-ounce or 8 4-ounce ice pop molds, dividing evenly. Pour the lemonade mixture into the molds. Insert ice-pop sticks and freeze until firm, at least 8 hours or overnight.
