5 Fast & Healthy Breakfast Ideas

1) Fruit and Cheese
Nutritious morning meals you can eat while driving and walking
A balanced meal
**FRUIT
-Grapefruit (VITAMIN C!!!!)
-Apple
-Kiwi fruit
-Cantaloupe
**Cheese (Protein)
-Trader Joe's mozzarella cheese stick
-a slice of your favorite low-fat cheese

2) Bagel w/ nuts
Grab a whole grain bagel, but it into half and spread a nice layer of peanut butter. You can also top it with slices of banana for even more fiber and fullness!

3) Smoothie
Greatest summer to-go breakfast!
Combine your favorite berries and banana. Add a cup of soy milk or almond milk for more protein. A handful of ice will add a little coolness in it!
**add protein powder if desired( for muscle builder)

4) Oatmeal
Get steel-cut oats for the best taste! Cook it a night before and add soy milk or milk on the go! Top it with nuts or berries or honey! Great combination of carbs, protein and vitamins!

5) Greek Yogurt
A bowl of low fat Greek yogurt mixed with almonds, cornflakes, blueberries and desired dried fruit! This sundae can last you till the afternoon!
