Instead of chocolate or brand-name snacks, pack a bag of popcorn sprinkled with shredded parmesan cheese!:D movie snacks are expensive anyway;)
Instead of cereal or pancakes for breakfast, scramble a few eggs! They're full of protein and will keep your metabolism up through out the day! They're also very tasty! :D
Instead of a bag of high calorie, salted chips, try dried apples or mango! They practically have the same texture but are healthier, sweet, and low in calories at the same time!:) you're also able to make them at home which is a lot better than spending money!
Try going for a fresh fruit smoothie in place of the artificial/ "natural" yogurt, much better taste when you have fresh ingredients too!:)
I know coffee is a HUGE thing that adults NEED to have, but coffee stains teeth very badly and the coffee breath will NOT go away, instead try having a cup of tea in the morning! It won't stain your teeth as bad, and it's even less likely if it has milk in it.:D
...( green tea will not stain teeth and helps lose weight too!) make those healthy choices an switch out those snacks!:D
