5 Little Tricks That I Do

5 little tricks that brighten my day:

Sing in the shower or in the car. It really helps to put a positive spin to my day and let's me release everything inside

Treat yourself to something sweet and rewarding. Doesn't have to be too much. I usually get a chocolate bar or even some strawberries.

Take a few minutes to just breath. I take a walk during my lunch and just enjoy the sun and the fresh air. It gives me some time to unwind and just get a fresh start after the break.

Be positive!!!! Don't let others bring you down or worst yet, don't let their problems bring you down.

And last but not least LAUGH :) take some time to tell a good joke or laugh with your colleagues. As they say laughter is contagious and it makes you and the people around you feel better.
