3. Have Whole Grains: complex carbs and fiber-rush foods will help speed up your metabolism.
4. Drink Plenty Throughout The Day: drinking cold water sparks your metabolism because your body had to work harder to heat it up to its natural temperature. Drinking green tea also has a special compound in it that will boost up your metabolic rate as well.
5. Workout In The Morning: working out in the morning will get your metabolism running, giving your more energy throughout the day, therefore burning more calories.
