5 ways to get a better nights sleep
Tip 1: Eat a good meal Have a heathy and filling dinner. Eating something good before going to bed is going to keep your mind off eating junk food before bed. Consuming candy or junk food before bed can give you bad dreams and keep you up longer than you anticipated. Tip 2: Get clean Before you go to bed, rid yourself of all the bad odors or oiliness in your skin. It may not bother you that night but the following night when you go to bed it may be a little gross to lay down and smell all the gross odors from the previous day.
Tip 3: Relax your body and mind You're not going to sleep well if your mind is racing and you're tense. Clear your mind before you lay down, reading a book is also a good option (using your phone isn't always the best choice).Relaxing your body before bed is also helpful. Whether it's stretching or taking a hot bubble bath loosen up your muscles and relax. Tip 4: All about the aroma A light fresh scent can help you relax and get a better nights sleep. Misting a light air freshener is a good way to go. Be careful though, spraying too much can make your sleeping space a bit uncomfortable.
Tip 5: What are you sleeping on? If your sleeping on sheets that have many different colors or have bright pillows that may be your problem. They vibrant colors or designs might be causing you to get a bad nights sleep. Try some plain light colored sheets and dress them up with some fun throw pillows.
