7 Simple Eye Care Tips 👀

Running a metal spoon under cold water for a couple minutes and then putting it on the skin around your eye can help reduce dark circles.

Similar to the spoon trick, putting a slice of fresh and cool cucumber on your eyes can help reduce dark circles and puffiness. As well as rejuvinate skin.

The same thing can be done with potatos instead of cucumbers if your local grocery store has cheaper potatos than cucumbers. It will also have the same effect as the cucumbers.

If you have puffy eyes and/or dark circles try to stay away from salty foods as high levels of sodium can cause puffiness under and around your eyes.

To reduce puffiness in the morning, take cold, damp tea bags and place them on your eyes for around ten minutes.

Next time you go to bed, make sure that you place an extra pillow under your head to help fluids flow through your body and not build up near your eyes. Fluid build up is one of the main causes for puffiness and dark circles when we wake up.

When applying mascara, to avoid clumps apply a first coat, let it dry, and then apply your second coat. It should help get rid of clumps.
