7 Tips to a flat Stomach in 7 days!!😱😱
1. Drink water before and after every meal. 2. Do 100-300 an exercises every day. 3. Stop eating 4-5 before bedtime. 4. Wear slightly tighter cloths to make yourself aware of your body. 5. Avoid sugars, wheats and whites. (Sugar cause bloating!!) 6. Eat food that's the size of a fist each hour of the day. 7. Try to eat a liquid diet for 1-3 days.
