1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. One tablespoon of honey. Mixed in a glass of water. Drink this every morning for 2 weeks. Then go off of it for 2 weeks. Continue until desired weight is reached.

A spoonful of coconut oil or olive oil before eating

A cup of green tea. That's it. Have one with lunch.

Ice water: your body needs to heat up the water which burns calories. Unfortunately it takes 6-8 glasses a day to really make a difference.

Fat free milk: too much is bad for you, so don't replace this with everything you drink. However, 3 small glasses a day will make a difference.

Whey protein: curbs your appetite. Just a little a day will really suppress your appetite.

Smoothies made with Greek yoghurt, whey protein and fruit can replace meals

Coconut water: another sure fire way to control your appetite.
