Salad dressing : pour equal parts honey, balsamic vinegar and olive oil into a jar. Mix thoroughly.

Peanut butter/ honey mix: 2 cups peanuts, 3/4 cup coconut oil, 2 tsp raw honey and 1 tsp sea salt. Instructions here: http://adelightfulhome.com/nourishing-peanut-butter-a-k-a-the-best-peanut-butter-ever/

Fruit dip ( or toast spread): 1 cup honey, 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/2 cup cream cheese. Blend thoroughly, cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.

Honey butter: whisk 4 parts butter to one part honey. Experiment with the ratios to find your favourite balance.

Hot toddy: for adults. If you have a chill in your bones, this will warm you right up.

Mead: ingredients are pretty much chlorinated water, wine yeast, honey and a fermentation bucket. You can find some really great tutorials online if this is something you'd like to pursue.

Cauliflower or parsnip soup ingredient: those ingredients can be somewhat bitter so adding some honey to the soup will sweeten it right up.

Homemade bread: it's a good texture to throw into banana bread, or cheese bread.
