A Healthier Version Of Your Favorite Peanut Butter Cups!
Cracked Nut Butter Freezer cups (Easy 15 minutes)   1. Using a double boiler, melt dark chocolate chips (1 cup) with 3 TBSP coconut oil. Melt slowly on low heat to prevent scorching and stir frequently. 2. Line muffin tin with silicone baking cups (or you can grease a mini muffin tin with coconut oil for bite sized cups). 3. Fill 1/3 with melted chocolate.  4. Place in freezer 5 minutes until firm.
5. Remove from freezer, spoon a tablespoon of your favorite Cracked Nut Butter flavor on top of the frozen chocolate. (Cookie Dough, Cheesecake or White Chocolate Raspberry are popular choices)
6. Place in freezer 5 minutes until nut butter begins to harden. Remove from freezer. 7. Spoon the remaining 1/3 cup with melted chocolate to cover the nut butter. Place back into freezer for 45 minutes to harden.  Enjoy!
