Add Hemp Seeds Into Your Diet

Hemp seeds are a good way of staying healthy and eating a balanced diet! They are full of protien and keep your body full of energy

Unlike chia seeds and flax seeds these seeds actually have good texture and flavor they make snacks more enjoyable to eat and healthier:)

I bought mine at sprouts for 6 dollars but its worth it especially if your trying to diet and be more healthy when you eat

I sprinkle mine on yogurt, smoothies, or on toast with peanut butter and sliced bananas. Oatmeal and cereal. Having them on vanilla Yogurt is by far the best way:)
