Tips!! 1g = 1ml (If you are not able to weigh your measurements using a scale, use measuring cups) When using the white dough, start with the black faces first then use the white circle cutter because the dough starts to cool from the room and hand temperature making it hard for the faces to come out well as they would stick to the face cutter. (Trust me, learn from my mistakes!)

Tips Continue!! When refrigerating the dough do not open and close the door though out the 30min-1hour it is in there it for it messes with the temperature of the dough slowing the process of setting. Adding on, I prefer to refrigerate for an hour compared to the 30 minutes as the hour really sets the dough nicely.
