Method – 1: Take half glass of aloe vera juice and mix it with a glass of any fruit or vegetable juice. Stir it well and have this drink to get relief from the obesity. Or you can drink directly the aloe vera juice (without mixing it on any other juice) if you can, as it taste bitter, or you can add natural sweeteners if you find that juice is unpalatable.

Method – 3: Take a fresh leaf from aloe vera plant and clean it thoroughly. Then remove the upper skin of the leaves, grind them to make it like a juice Take out the juice and filter it properly to store it in the refrigerator for daily usage. Drink 1/2 cup of aloe vera juice everyday especially in the morning and 15 minutes prior to the meal. As this juice tastes bitter, you can have it by mixing it with honey. Blend the gel, lemon juice mixed with water, any artificial sweetener for about 2 – 3 minutes. You can also add honey instead of artificial sweetener as per your taste. Method – 7: (Aloe Vera Smoothie Recipe) Take the necessary ingredients like 1 cup of almond or coconut milk, a medium aloe vera leaf (approx. 1/2 cup), 1/2 cup each fresh or frozen blueberries, mango chunks, 1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil, 1 handful of fresh basil, a little honey or maple syrup or stevia (for sweeten option).
