Amazing Apple Cake! Great For Fall!

4 cups apples peeled and diced
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup oil
2cups flour

Preheat oven to 350
Grease and flour 9x13 pan
Mix together eggs and oil until creamy with electric mixer.
Add in sugar, brown sugar and vanilla and mix together.
Add flour, salt, baking powder and continue to mix. Batter will be very thick and dense!
Fold in apples with a spoon.

Bake for 45 min or until cake tests done.
Tastes amazing by itself or feel free to powder sugar on top or a cream cheese icing!
Tastes like apple pie but it's cake!
