Simply use an ice cream scoop and put one scoop of cupcake batter for each cupcake for the best cupcakes ever - this is perfect for when you want to get your servings just right and get your cupcakes even and the right size! Make sure that you have self raising flour or baking powder in your cupcakes to make sure that they will grow enough!
