Amazing Healthy Dieting Tips!!!

1. Drink plenty of green tea!
2. Use a smaller plate. It gives your food a larger appearance.
3. Hold a fork with your undominant hand. Your hand will get tired and you'll feel like eating less.
4. Make all natural smoothies. These are my fave. Turn to the next page for my top homemade recipe!
5. DO NOT, AND I SAY LADIES, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF.
My fave smoothie recipe:
1 c frozen organic peaches
1 handful mixed greens
1/2 chopped apple
1 lemon ( this is my weird addiction, they taste really good in smoothies)
1/2 c milk
1/2 c orange juice
1 packet/1 tsp stevia
( it's an amazing natural sweetener but you don't have to use it.)
I'm telling you now, this is a huge portion, so plan on sharing if you want. It's very thin, so you can add ice for a slushie texture.❤️
