Apple Pie Egg Rolls
What you'll need: 2 cups apples cut small 8 Egg roll wrappers Parchment paper Baking sheet Temp/time: 375f for 12-15 min Ingredients: Lemon juice Sugar Nutmeg Clive Vanilla Cinnamon Cornstarch or flour Butter Whip cream Powdered sugar Apple filling: In stovetop pan mix 1/2 cup water 1/8 tsp nutmeg 2 tsp cornstarch or 4 tsp flour 2tsp lemon juice 1/4 cup sugar 1/8 tsp clove 2 cups apples •M-High heat, stir for 3-4 min •Reduce heat to L-Medium for 6-8 min •Remove from heat and stir in 1/4 tsp Vanilla •Set aside
Line baking sheet with parchment paper Lay out 2 egg roll wrappers so they are diamond shaped, brush with water Spoon Apple mixture in bottom leaving border Wrap up, pull sides in and roll forward. Place seam down on baking sheet. Repeat until apple mixture is gone. Cook for 12-15 min or until golden brown Meanwhile.. Whisk together 1/2 cup whip cream 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp vanilla 1 tbsp powdered sugar Remove baked apple egg rolls and let cool 5-10 minutes Serve each roll with cinnamon whip cream for dipping! Enjoy!!!
