Worried or wondering about being pregnant? Here are some signs that you COULD be pregnant! πΆ

Sore or tender breast: If you are pregnant your boobs are beginning to grow and produce milk. And you nipples will begin to darken.

Frequent urination: Have you realized that you've made more trips to the potty? When you're pregnant you have more fluids in your body. Or if you're far enough along the baby is sitting on your bladder. And this will cause frequent urination.

Lower back pains: All of your muscles and tendons are beginning to stretch and change for the new life that's going to be growing. So this will cause back and hip pains.

Constipation: Many women experience constipation in the early stages and through out their pregnancy.

Headaches: Is your brain aching? It might be because you're pregnant. Many people think it is due to the "hormonal free- for- all"

Shortness of breath: Have you noticed you're out of breath by just going up 1 flight of stairs? Now that you have another someone to share your body with, you now have to share you oxygen too. It may take time to get used to.

Cramps and Spotting: Similar menstrual cramps, many women just think it's their period. But then spotting. Spotting is very light blood. Spotting happens when the egg implants its self in the uterus wall.

Fatigue: No matter how much sleep you get you still feel tired! Since your hormones are going crazy you become more tired. Just try to take a lot of naps.

Food cravings and aversions: Many expecting mothers crave weird or a lot of food. And you may begin to notice that your once favorite food becomes the food you hate.

Sensitivity to smell: When you're pregnant you may begin to notice smells you've never noticed before. And smells you used to like you now want to throw up from.

MISSED PERIOD: This maybe the biggest sign that you're pregnant. After the egg is fertilized the body no longer needs to shed the uterus lining. Get a pregnancy test!

Nausea/ morning sickness: Morning sickness doesn't only occur in the morning. It happens when you have nothing in your stomach. Just eat and you'll normally feel better.

Dizziness or fainting: Many women get dizzy or faint when they're pregnant due to the plus amount of hormones. Try to not stand for long and drink water and carry a snack.

Pregnancy test: Not all women experience these things. And these things could mean other things besides pregnancy. The only way you can know for sure is taking a test. Go to your doctors or the closest drug store. Good luck rather you're expecting or not! πΆπ
