BEST Lime Crime Cashmere DUPES! 💋

Cashmere, defined as a "greige" shade, has easily become one of the trendiest lip colors this season. However, there has been a lot of drama surrounding LC & I understand that you might not want to order from there. Here I will be showing you lots of dupes for this color in different price ranges!💋
This shade can also transform to a lighter pink...
...or a darker pink depending on skin tone. It makes it very flattering despite being such a different shade!
Colour Pop's lippie stix in Tootsi is only $5 and great! Right away you can see that Cashmere is more matte & that Tootsi is slightly darker. But a quick tip to make any lipstick matte is to hold a thin piece of tissue or toilet paper over your lips & then apply translucent powder. Yay, matte lips!
Jeffree Star Cosmetics' liquid lipstick in Celebrity Skin is more of a dusty rose color but still very similar. This range of liquid lipsticks has been said to last way longer than the Velvetines and smell/apply better so I would recommend this shade over Cashmere just for those reasons!
This is by far the winner. Aromi's Desert Taupe is a hint cooler from a distance, but it's so hard to tell the difference, especially on the lips. They have a wide range of colors and are a cheaper alternative to LC!
This dupe is $1. Yes, ONE dollar! You can find these on eBay and lots of other sites as low as $1. This is the Me Now Generation II lip cream in shade #17. It is slightly more pink but once again, on the lips it's near identical. This is also great to see if this sort of color would suit you!
I know that with both the previous and current drama surrounding Lime Crime, you might not want to purchase their products and I don't blame you! Hopefully this tip was helpful in finding what you were looking for either at a more affordable price or from a more secure/trustworthy company.
However, if you still want the actual LC product and don't want to use their website, other retailers like Urban Outfitters and Dolls Kill have these stocked so you could alternatively purchase through those sites!
