BLACK BEAN BURGER RECIPE

Love burgers but trying to eat right? Try this healthier burger with black beans. Black beans are packed with fiber, low in fat!
2 cup Black beans, canned
1 cup Bread crumbs
3 tbsp Salsa
1 large Egg
1 cup Brown Rice, Cooked
Cook enough brown or white rice to equal 1 cup cooked. Mash up 2 cups black beans. Combine all ingredients and mash together until it holds in a patty. Make patties out of mixture. Place on griddle and cook until browned or crisp.
Add lettuce, tomatoes, and other hamburger condiments to finished patties and bun
