Bacon and Eggs Breakfast Cups ❤
What you need to make 6 cups: 3 Slices of Bacon 6 Eggs (I do two eggs per person) Salt & Pepper, To Taste
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Spray a muffin pan lightly with non-stick spray. Since your bacon will give off grease, you don’t need to spray it vigorously or anything.
Slice your three slices of bacon in half, so you have six slices. Place one half slice in each of six muffin circles, lining the edge of them. This forms the “cup.” Next, take your eggs, break them in a mixing bowl and season them with salt and pepper and beat.
Pour your seasoned eggs into the muffin cups about 1/2-3/4 of the way full. Put your breakfast cups in the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes, until done!
Optional: You can definitely add some other things to make your breakfast cups extra special – try shredded cheese, mushrooms, peppers – anything goes really! Enjoy😊
