Banana Cream (pie) Cookies

Ingredients: 3/4 cup butter, softened 3/4 cup light brown sugar 1/4 cup sugar 1 -3.4 oz box Banana Cream instant pudding mix 2 eggs 1 teaspoon banana extract

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 2 1/4 cups flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 2 cups white chocolate chips

Directions: Cream butter and sugars with mixer. Add pudding mix, beat until incorporated. Add eggs and banana and vanilla extracts, beat until mixed well. Add flour and baking soda. Beat until mixed. Stir in white chocolate chips. Using Small Scoop, scoop dough onto Cookie Sheet.

Bake at 350•F for about 10 minutes, until edges are golden. Allow to cool on cookie sheet 2-3 minutes. Transfer to Cooling Rack. Makes 3 1/2 dozen cookies. Enjoy the banana cream pie taste in a cookie!!
